The Lutheran University Center is located at 4515 Forbes
Ave. in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh, PA. The LUC
is located between South Dithridge St. and South Craig
St., right across from the main entrance to the Carnegie
Art Museum.

What
do we do?
We worship together on Sunday mornings, with some breakfast
before, if you feel like it. We have dinner and discussion
at 5:00pm on Wednesday. We also have mid-week worship
during Advent and Lent. Every few weeks we have other

What
is the Compline Choir?
The Compline Choir is a ministry of the Lutheran University
Center. The Pittsburgh Compline Choir, under the direction
of Andrew Scanlon, is an ecumenical and volunteer group.
The 2007-2008 season is their 19th year of singing Compline
in Heinz Chapel. They are students, teachers, clergy
and church musicians from Greater Pittsburgh. Singers
interested in chant and in singing in the compline choir
are invited to speak with
